Nothing as such to like. Very poor experience..
There is a culture of groupism. Majority people are from South India and they always keep a tendency to side or criticize people belong to other state or the one whose vibe doesn't match with them. I didn't like this behaviour. From COO to junior employees, they all carry the same culture. After hiring for permanent work from home, later forcefully tries to bring the employee to work from office.

No such directive has been issued. If transitioning to office-based work had been intended, the hiring would not have been finalized as a permanent work-from-home role. We encourage employees to report concerns directly through the appropriate HR communication channels so that timely and fair action can be taken. The company is diligent when it comes to monitoring performances, salary credits and incentives.
The managers are biased. Immense pressure of sales. Last Sunday is working. They require a reason to approve leaves. You have to submit your mobile. The washroom is located outside office. You have to write all the break timings including washroom breaks which feels like a school.

Management doesn’t care about you, cut your salary if you are late by 15 minutes, you cannot open blinds in the office, you cannot carry your phones inside, POSH complaints are not taken seriously, they will not give you wfh even if you had a baby. They hire interns to do scrut work just to fire them in six months even though they promise you that your internship will get converted into a full time role. The pandemic brought unprecedented challenges, including for our business. We were committed to minimizing layoffs and ensured that the majority of our staff were retained. We provided training across departments to help colleagues adapt to new roles, ensuring they could remain employed and continue earning a stable income. The well-being of our colleagues was a top priority, as was keeping the company operational. It required all of us to adapt to new ways of working and take responsibility. Our expectation was straightforward: that everyone would be punctual, give their best effort, work diligently to complete their tasks and targets, and do so with integrity. We have had to address instances of indiscipline, neglected tasks & clients, and unmet targets by reinforcing the importance of discipline and diligence and taking appropriate actions when necessary. We understand that your dissatisfaction may have stemmed from our continuous emphasis on these essential standards of conduct and behaviour, which are aligned with our company values and work deliverables.

Many dislikes. No one helps anyone. Buttering required to keep job safe. Lots of politics among themselves. No intimation provided before removing. Removing Candidates without any reason. Managers always keeping watch like big boss TV show. Always try to find minor faults and humiliate in front of everyone. 15 Days training but no use because we shall not take notes home keep there itself as its against protocol.
