Work Details

The Job is quite interesting. I struggle a bit in the beginning. I learnt everything on the job. I got a chance to wear multiple hats and that helped me get a taste of different roles within the same team.

Work days: Monday to Friday (Strict Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.

Except for the hiring process being so smooth, there are no pros.

Dislikes

The company has an extremely toxic culture, especially for its size. Here are some of the main drawbacks: * The CEO/Co-founder of the company operates more like a Kirana shop owner in Delhi, lacking professional ethics. He regularly mistreats employees, primarily due his lack of technical understanding. * Senior staff lack any independent vision and simply follow the CEO’s directives. The quality of their work is very poor. * The tasks assigned to individual contributors are overly demanding and provide no opportunities for personal development. * They refused to pay my full and final settlement (two months’ salary) because I chose to pursue a better job opportunity, which they viewed as an act of betrayal.
