The support I had got from my teammates & seniors was too good. Management is very kind & there is continuous growth & training for all the employees. They push you to work hard & make you the best version of yourself

Dislikes

The leaves are a little less compared to other companies because they expect employees to work with full dedication & they pay really well for this

I was working as a risk analayst. I got to learn a lot during my tenure at XLD. Overall a very good experience I would say

1. High pay. 2. No disturbance outside of work hours. 3. No peer politics.

1. Zero job security. Regular hire and fire cycles as per market conditions, every two years. No chance of long-term employment. 2. Unncessarily strict work-hour rules (submit your cell phones, don't talk to your peers, speak only in English) 3. Unempathetic, micro-managing and over-controlling HR. Absolutely no consideration. (It's almost as if the HR wants you to make a mistake so they can conduct some kind of disciplinary action against you) 4. I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year.
