Every policy in Xenon Stack is to make life of their employee miserable. There is no job security and can terminate you anytime without any notice. They also have the bond policy of 3 years along with 2.5 lac check deposit. The management is very poor, no work culture. They treat their employee as slave.

Nothing.. I like nothing about my company as they made people do 10 hours shifts and even after that they mentally tortured the employees by holding their salaries

Everything. Mostly the work culture. People are toxic and the seniors do not care even after complaining so many times. They hire people and then after torturing for more then the internship period for around 10months they will leave you with nothing more than health issues and self doubts

Everything ,is here just waste of time,company hired as a associate software engineer at a package of 7.5 lpa,and the condition is that i had to work as an intern for L1 and L2 and this L1 and L2 is held for two month after completion of internship they give the stipend amount of 20 thousand.But this company is just a cheap company.they take work from me atleast 9 month for the completion of internship of 2 month in free,and give nothing.So , it's a open warning to all the studen who take the placement at xenonstack by seeing the good package,dont go guys, even if you work for any small company you will earn too much.and more thing there is no body to give you any review or neither anybody or TL not a single man is telling anything about the task,just company assign the task that you have to learn this topic ,and they take review until you complete,in this refrence this cheap company wasted my 9 month and nothing not a single rupee neither welcome kit nothing given by the company. I am writing this review only for this that not any more student waste their time with the company. Because company hire the student only for showing their companies so that they took project and give nothing to employee. And its my request @AmbitionBox to show this review all the students. so , that may be some students life will save ,guys you take better placement than this,dont join this company ,this company treat like a slavery ,like a labour,only take work and give nothing. i wasted my time career and everthing my happiness,just learnig everytime no one tell you a single answer, no one give you training here, you have to learn everything by yourself,from google.and even if you give a single wrong answer they told to prepare again they take review after 10 days again , and only again and again 10 days ,i have wasted my full 9 months here, and when i decided to leave this company after a month i got a placemnent at better package than this. XenonStack is the worst company i have ever seen. They just give you modules and you have to complete those modules by yourself. No communication between the seniors and interns. They just take the review after every module and if you give one answer incorrect then they will terminate your internship. Everything here is full of garbage, they don't prove any stipened. Nothing to like about the Company, they take you from your campus make you work for 6 or 8 months and eleminate you by saying that you have poor performance.

I and all the people recruited from my college have been eleminated by the company without providing any stipend for the days we worked or any internship certificate so kindly think twicw before going here.

There is no job security, worst training experience there dont join unless you have to waste your precious time and motivation xenonstack is not big company they are hiring 200+ plus candidate and giving 2 3 candidate full time jobs prepare for IIT IIM you might got seat there but here don't expect i have lost my 2 precious month please choose wisely
