There’s no work life balance and they never appreciate you for the work…also even the manager isn’t helpful, they convey something else to the higher authority regarding your concerns in order to keep their own position…overall please think before you apply

Dislikes

1. The management is sometimes strict regarding the minimum screen time which 8 hours out of 9 hours. This is controlled by a software and even if you get late by 1 second, (which is very much possible) you are labelled as 'late'. 2. Salary disbursal is late with lots of unnecessary deductions.
