Clear education on what's need to be done and at what time. the co-workers carry the enthusiasm to keep moving the tasks. Lead by reasonable and responsible seniors who brings out the best in me and teaching me to work with new methods and tools. It's continuous learning and development in my workday. This is my second company, working here for 2 years now I have been seeing ups for the most rather than downs. Positive work culture is what keeps me going further, be it my lead or any other colleagues, all are supportive and focused on a common goal. On time salary is the major plus.

First things Xcelpros is USA based startup company and I have worked for its Bangalore based branch. From Xcelpros I have started my corporate career and for me it's really a good organisation. Everyone is supportive and the work culture is really great, you will feel as a family.

Excepting one o two, others are all spoons of Management. I wil not agree for any one to join

There is no job security. Management one day appreciates your work, very next day, they will ask you to leave. 2 months notice period in agreement is just on paper, you can be fired any moment. Work from home is another eye wash, there is no work life balance as you are never given a holiday or you reach home on time any day.
