We just received good snack form company for that they deduct 500/- every month from your salary. Worst experience while working with Xcaliber Infotech. pure toxic environment and micro management.

Working here is great. The management is supportive and everyone has a voice. There is negligible office politics going on; it doesn't affect the mental health of the employees. Company has some great projects and good clients, so the future of the company looks good.
