Only the part it is one of the WPP company and it has office in WPP Campus, which is very convenient for Gurgaon based employee working for Wunderman Thompson Commerce.

Work Culture especially in HR team , it’s very dominating and monopolistic environment. It becomes toxic even most of the time. No WPP policies are followed for example flexible working or flexibility to work. Leadership/Management team remains on silent mode when it comes to people and culture worst experience.WPP should intervene to gauge people satisfaction/happiness index in HR team. HR Head targets people unnecessarily in her own team on the basis of her insecurities and poor team management skills.
