A Sales person needs a laptop, Phone and car expense. These are some basic necessities of anyone who is working on field. This company gives nothing and expects a ton in return. There is a lot of politics played by ASM. They treat sales executives as a runner boy. Job security is Nil. And ASM chills at home while sales executives are running on field. They don't involve Sales executives in any policy making. They just throw their decisions on them and then they force them for the resignation....Read More

Upper management of company is very good and appreciable.

Company is not at all employee centric. They don't even give resources to sales force. The only MNC i know whose employees go on field on a bike. And the irony is these employees are engineers and MBA. They don't even give laptop and mobile to sales force lol. If you want to join this toxic company then only join as the ASM and chill at home. So that you can play blame games and torture sales executives who is already going through a lot and roaming on streets on bike like he works for zomato food delivery....Read More
