This company is so toxic from the top. Management doesn't even know what the want to achieve. They focus on tactics when there is no strategy. Everybody sitting on top is incompetent. They have no idea how to run a department forget about business. Everybody is just lip service. No strategy, no mission and then they don't know what to do with employee. If you are good at extreme buttering then you will get great hike and promotions. It is a toxic company.
