As experience for 3 and half year of the work with wuerth was very special jiurney. I was my 1st job in direct comapny payroll. So mostly things are for me, were new. As a sales driven company wuerth makes policies fo the last row of employees. If you are capable than no one disturbe you. You have your own sky to fly and a well organized platform to land if needed. Your performance decide your job security here. System is transparent and management support creative peoples. Hr department here is very irresponsible and unsupportive after you left. It's a sales driven company so you have to very selective to choose freinds here. It's is a very pure corporate minded peoples here. Only business and profit matters here.
