Politics full of Politics only listen to seniors that it no value for a salesperson. Seniors enjoy & get paid well sales people there is no value at all. Weather sales come down because of any reason seniors put gun salesperson head & other people appreciate them. still, have so many excuses to give.

What to say there is no policy in this company only politics matter they want someone who fights with them otherwise they will keep playing politics no need to work with company genuinely because they are only genuine with senior management & continue appreciation to them only. even my colleague who worked with the company for 12 years & he was a performer in all over India still they played politics & company lost a genuine employee that's what they deserve. no one answered why this happened because of all support to seniors only.
