Company higher management/leadership team is really cooperative and flexible too from all the aspects.They always encourage us to do a lot more activities apart from day-to day regular projects work.Other than that I felt Company doesn't discriminate in between employees and thus everyone get his/her fair chance to grow in this company and sustain for long.Colleagues are truly supportive,we always help each other whenever someone is getting stuck while working on any critical deliverables and we don't encourage partiality in our team.Thus keeping the morale high,everyone shares a friendly bond with each other and it helps us to maintain a healthy relationship in between team members as well..
