Kind of a ruling culture by authorities (mid senior level) not a collaborative and appreciative culture. 5. Senior leaders are focused on individual growths instead of team growth. 6. Deliberate micro management for creating unnecessary pressure on individual if a person doesn't butter the leads and at the end the honest and hardworking employee has to leave the organisation because of mental pressure.
