Terrible culture, seniors believe in suppressing your voice, skill development isn't given priority. Let's not even talk about job security. Once you give resignation, they'll reach their lowest to trouble you. People are asked to leave the company immediately as they give resignation without serving the notice period. No one listens if you complain not even HRs. Not the same company anymore.
