WriteX used to be a very good company when HR's used to listen to the employee's problems and give value to the employees. Gone are those days after IIM return Mr Sunny Sahu Joined the organization. He is the Chief Growth Officer but he failed to give minimum growth to the company. After he came people started resigning from the company. He very well knows how to insult the employees. Unfortunately the management including the directors nowadays has become extremely harsh and rude to the employees, Particularly Mr Subham Prasad (director). No growth and respect you can expect from this company. HR's are the puppet, who cannot take any decision, only says that management has taken this decision. Very very difficult to sustain in these type of environment. They can fire you any time that too without any specific reason. No Job Security at all. The management are like they are doing so much for the employees. But they failed to give minimum respect to the employees. The operation manager and delivery manager are extremely rude. They misbehave with the employees. Termination without prior notice has become a daily practice for them. Around 40 to 45 people has resigned in the last three months. Horrible culture No logout time 24×7 work even at night TL will judge you take your clients CEO always insults HR manager doesn't cooperate. If you mail them there will be on effect. I got insulted but there was no action taken by management or HR. fake promises During interview they will not tell you have to work at night. Be aware of the fraud company

It was a good company, with good ethics, however, started degrading.

It will say WFH, then force you to WFO. The policy said alternate saturday off, then forced to cut all saturday off, you have to work every saturday. They said to pay for the extra saturdays, but, they won't. Terrible leave policies..they cut salary for aking leave for more than 2 days, even if you took it within your provided leaves.

In terms of salary, it always comes on time.... Work culture is also good, no toxicity you will find there... Hierarchy is quite friendly and highly supportive. No work-life balance is possible here. At a constant rate, You have to sit in front of your system. At a stretch, an employee sits here for 8-9 or even 10 hours, which can hamper his/her personal life and I have faced it. for a married person, I don't find this workplace suitable enough because at the same time, you need to keep yourself attentive on meetings, which are organised daily and you have to be active there all the time.. The team managers are nice and helpful. Probably the best part about working there. They support their team in every possible way. The working timings are fixed and after hours no work will be provided. There is no notice period hence, I was able to leave when I wanted as the job became insufferable.

Dislikes

The work is very hectic, you'll have to inhale your lunch to finish your work on time. The payment is below average based on the workload. The work is unethical as you are paid to write college assignments for students from mostly UK-based universities.

They basically thought you out during you provition period just because the less pay benifit. No IJP facility. Higher key and TL's are worst. Not even behave properly using slangs and using disrespectful words toward the junior and senior employees.
