The only good thing in this company is working from home which will end in 2025. Currently work life balance is good except for some few days.

If you are a fresher especially then please don't join. They hide their codebases and libraries or write it in a very unpredictable manner so that you can't understand also they don't provide any documentation and the worst part is they expect from you like you know everything. They put pressure on you such that if you didn't do well they will fire. Now if you are a experienced one, then also you have to face the pyscho manager who treats his employees very badly like using bad words on minor mistakes. Company's work culture is absolutely pathetic, they only provide 10 holidays in a year in which also they make it working day for eg like on Gandhi jayanti, gurunanak jayanti, govardhan etc....Read More

Guys I am in PIP and feeling stressed all days

I had fight with code reviewer he is from other team he is just arrogant and he complains to my manager , The manager gives wrong and negative feedback though I am technically sound , but got released by from the project by the manager After that I got new project it was only 2 month I done all most all work got spot award also for this by working more than 12 hours . Because of this overwork I am feeling stressed and new project is coming to me and they just asking me about justification for all 1 Guys I am in pip but new manager said(may be choclate to employee) we will retain you by giving good feedback 2 All people in the company want to take me in projects but asking me justification for pip 3.Working more than 12 hours every day and also attending late night calls I am stressed out every day with working hours and also the justification given to others lot of politics happening . Mentally draining with no patner in my life to share this who can understand this and guid .
