"On the positive side, there's a strong emphasis on staying away from office politics, which creates a more pleasant work environment. The team is generally great to work with, and collaboration is usually smooth. Of course, like any workplace, there are small issues here and there, but nothing that’s out of the ordinary."

"One major downside is that the salary you are offered when you join is the salary you’ll be stuck with. Don't expect any meaningful raises or salary increases in the years to come. It's disappointing to see little to no effort in rewarding employee growth or performance with appropriate compensation."

I have recently joined here at WNS. Our trainer was extremely good, but as soon as you hit the floor to work there's no support. Plus, it's a target job that you have to work on as many claims that are assigned to you. Only join if you can commit 14 hours a day for a less salary.

apart from salary hike, this company does not provide a cup to drink water and I seriously mean it. I have just passed 2 weeks in this company and I feel like I am working in some local domestic company, The time you entered into this company you will feel like company only focus on cost cutting, smelly washroom with no basic hygiene no toilet roll, no fragnance spray, there is tea/coffee machine but no cups, you have to bring your own from home same goes for drinking water, you have to pay for the meal and even after paying you get cold rice and chapati, there is no professionalism in the management, Manager shout their associates in very rudely manner and even gave threat of firing employees, and management team is worst in this company here is one example my shift over at 3:30 Am and according to company policy all cab should be start moving at 4:00 AM but guess what we did not get the cab details even after 4:10 Am which should be given prior 2 hours before from logout shift timing as per their transport policy, which cause huge delay while leaving from the company. Think I can reach my home under 30 minutes but the cab itself take approximate 1 hour to leave the company location and if you guys are thinking that above all experience is limited to my process then you are in a big blunder my friend. My stint as a trainer in Pune was a highlight of my time in WNS.I relished the opportunity to share my expertise, develop my leadership skills and bond with colleagues.Would like to add that working hours is 7.5hours but in many process they ask for OT they do pay additional but it's very conservative

Work life balance need to encourage flexible working hours,provide resources for employee well being and recognise the importance of personal time also there are no sat-sun week offs no medi claim

Higher level managers are so friendly.they treat everyone equally and there is no much work pressure in work.this helps me to manage my work life balance.

Managers are not good their behaviour is not in professional way.this is a corporate sector but there is a assistant manager name Samuel forced everyone in the office to call him as sir.even our group manager did not ask anyone to give him such kind of special respect.
