What I heard from Ex-Colleagues that now C-Suite they have become sublime I was there for 4 months and the main issue was with the Senior Management and wanted everything at the spur of the moment which in practical scenario isn't feasible. Their Intentions are good but weren't able to handle things properly. Very poor management especially the client(s) asks/requirements weren't able to prioritize and added to that the incoming Change Requests/Service Requests they weren't able to streamline. And what I heard after my move that 4 new managers were hired for the 1 role and now things are fallen in place. And good to know that during this Panedmic crisis Covid 19 that they are able to Effectively handle USA/India teams. And they outsourced one of the projects which was being used by their Parent company's properitary Transportation Tool which they wanted to get disconnected as the company parent company from which they got separated and formed WorkLLama and hopefully not things would have fallen in place...Read More
