Overall Zippin is a great place to work. However HODS rules the roost. They are not open to feedback and suggestions from lower hierarchy. Their requirements are always on urgent basis and changes at faster speed. Sometimes that result into longer working hours.

During my time at Generico,have seen many people are fired due to super random reasons/without proper explanations. You might have to work on weekends too. All the facilities, compensation, luxuries are concentrated to HODs and Management.

The job is quite interesting! I struggled a bit in the beginning as there was no formal training session. I learnt everything on the job. I got a chance to wear multiple hats and that helped me get a taste of different roles within the same team.

Sales pressure , want to do calling from store to customer like call centre ,forcely they say to dispense other product to customer which is not good , Day by day pharmacist profession is becoming worst because off this organisation. We are getting less payment

Store environmental culture is not good LM are Abo not solve the ground problem like ( vasheem and Akbar ) by which staff are frustrated. Requesting to you please remove organization to Akbar or vaseem they guys not deserve in Zippin pharma.
