Overall, it was a good experienced for me lots of thing I have learned like to be puntual, honest regarding duty and interact with different students,dealing them with patience and yes good bonding with colleagues.

Dislikes

The most I disliked was the management and their system as this was one of the reason I resigned from there.

Work Details

Apart dissatisfaction, I want to share good experienced like handling pupils in learning by communicating with them. Some children who were very weak in learning, reading and even writing also. I took it as a challenged and somehow I succeeded

Establish clear expectations with colleagues and managers. 11. Celebrate achievements and recognize progress to stay motivated. By applying these lessons, I've been able to thrive in a remote work environment.

Nothing. Only pay scale low because of less strength of students. Otherwise a good organisation.
