It's really good to work in Wockhardt for long-term career growth. The culture of the organisation is excellent & work life balance is comparable to MNC. There is absolute transparency in the organisation & value system is quite high. I feel it's one of the best organisation to work with.

Dislikes

I feel support functions are working as separate domain & not aligned to business goals. This is the reason organisation's revenue growth is stagnated. If you look at operations of all progressive companies, their allied departments are actually complementing the growth of business. This small change can really improve the growth trajectory of this organisation.

One of worst management I ever saw....not even 1% job security without any intimation they fired employees, still I haven't received full and final settlement after 4month

The only thing was that Some Outsiders Entered in company and they disturbed the All Loyal Employees who built up wockhardt . During that period promoters would have intervened n Retained their loyalty people. Otherwise there is nothing which any of ex employee with dislike anything about Wockhardt. This was the most Admired Company

The payment is very poor no growth for employees. The HR's is very bad they don't hire .they give chance to the known to them peoples. I don't get chance I want 1 year apprenticeship.
