It's really good to work in Wockhardt for long-term career growth. The culture of the organisation is excellent & work life balance is comparable to MNC. There is absolute transparency in the organisation & value system is quite high. I feel it's one of the best organisation to work with.

Dislikes

I feel support functions are working as separate domain & not aligned to business goals. This is the reason organisation's revenue growth is stagnated. If you look at operations of all progressive companies, their allied departments are actually complementing the growth of business. This small change can really improve the growth trajectory of this organisation.

Work Details

The Work-Life balance is one of the best culture of this organisation. There is complete freedom & one can share the thoughts freely without any complications. In Wockhardt all works like a family.
