There is no job security, they will give good package and hire and once there is no cases in the queue they will put you in PIP and remove from job without any notice. They will ask for production count when there is no cases no work.

Dislikes

Nothing is good here, Graveyard shift allowence is 110rs here where in other companies it is 450-500rs. No other allowences. Worst management no body cares for anything they only need numbers when there are no cases also, how can someone show production when is no work. The clients take away their project without any information. Already so many people left the organisation, just bcoz of their management. No job security at all. Dont see the pay and join you will end up loosing job after 6-7months. Also important- 85% of companies will reject you no matter how much knowledge you have, if in case your resume has WNS. Worstest management I have ever seen and suffered. No one addresses your concern there. My advice kindly wait and join any good company rather than joining here....Read More

Work Details

Worst no worklife here they give ahifts radonly every week the shift changes. You will be given continuous 10days working without any week offs.Timing are as per their convience. No proper job training, no proper communication. This is the worstest compay

Got Rejected In an Interview, Just Because I Didn’t Answer a Personal Question

So, I got invited for this interview, and they told me to be there at 9 AM. Of course, I get there early, like 8:30, because I don't want to be late. But then I end up waiting for 1.5 hours. Seriously, they didn't even acknowledge me until 10. Then this HR lady calls me in, and she's totally unprofessional. She's like, on her phone, making personal calls while I'm sitting right there. And then she starts asking me these really weird questions, like what my nickname is, and what my dad does for a living. It got really uncomfortable when she started pressing for details about where my dad works. I mean, what does that have to do with anything? So I politely told her I didn't want to answer, and she actually said, "Then we can't continue this interview." I was honestly shocked. But instead of arguing, I just stood up and said, “Alright then.” And walked out. I left feeling pissed. Not only did they waste an hour of my time, but the HR rep was also rude and unprofessional..
