Working with WNS has given immense knowledge and growth to those who have really wanted to take that leap. The seniors during my time were amazing. Seniors have been very generous in parting knowledge and giving freedom to learn. You could approach anyone at anytime. Salary is a little low but then the knowledge helps you build a strong foundation.

Sometimes the work hours were a bit too long cause manpower in the specific department was low. But when you enjoy your work and have amazing work buddies, time flies. Plus the option of gaining more experience in less time makes a difference.

Cafeterias are not good at all. No department in the company wants to take ownership. IT assets are to be moved by you, not by thecompany. Frequent asset burglaries even from your lockers. Management can be coperative but the policies are not. HR tools are not good. Overtime pay is not even considered good.
