Everything. There is nothing to like about the company. Worst management ever. Politics is more than something that even happens in elections. Favoritism and favourism. Give and take relationship. Promotions are based on how much you give. Worst management ever. Treating employees like bondage labours. They are still unaware about the concept mental health and work culture, work life balance.

Due to covid in my family I left the organisation on the spot with out servicing notice period. To follow the company policy is not possible becz of emergency, I request my project manager to give exception but they didn't and they didn't even have main experience letter of 18 mths. Till date I am suffering for this gap in my career. But as a company they didn't thought also once for the employee.

Dislikes

Very very bad experience, not an employee centric organization. They stick to their rule and policy only when it comes to employee. Too much of politics no growth opportunities.
