There is some amount of job security involved if you perform according to the organization's standards. There are some people who may help you depending on their availability. But there are not many benefits in the company, and its better to look elsewhere if you are not a fresher. Wizklub is very open with hiring freshers, and theygive great opportunities for them. The cons are higher than the pros at Wizklub. 1. First, even if they say then you are not responsible for sales, you will eventually be forced into renewals. How many renewals you get every 2 months does impact your performance review. 2. The company offers fixed pay and there is minimal scope of a pay raise. Quite the opposite, they are not timely with the pay on any month. There is also one or the other issue with the finance team and they are never on time with the pay nor do they pay the complete amount. 3. The management is the worst. Most of them will continuously ask you to contact somebody else whenever there is a query and it never gets resolved. But they hold you responsible if anything goes wrong even when you had asked for assistance before. Every batch comes with an ET who most of the time don't do their job, so you might have to work on their behalf as well. But you don't get paid for it. You won't be paid for anything extra you do outside your teaching hours, even then there are dozens of penalties. 4. No internal growth. Don't let them fool you into thinking that you might be able to apply for a permanent position in the organisation. That literally does not happen for anybody, and there are false promises thrown around all the time. 5. Batches are sometimes on short supply, so you won't always earn the same. Some months are good, whereas the rest are poor. Everything depends on the hours of classes you took. 6. You are contacted outside your work hours. Messages will pop up even after 10 pm at night, so no work-life balance. 7. Lastly, if you have another better opportunity, then go for that....Read More

My internship and work was highly disappointed . I have encountered several issues that left on a negative impression on this company. 1. Exploitative experience - The company treats interns more like a machine and there is no exact logout . Login time matters a lot 2.Unethical salary practice -They seems to play game with employee's pay , lack of transparency. 3. False promises - They said they will provide incentives during internship or job for entire group of 13 members. 4. Unethical demands - The company demands to provide the false information of student performance to the parents for demo.It shows completely lack of integrity and lack of ethics 5. Bait and switch off on job offer -I was told potential for the job offer after 2 months of internship , but when the time come they said continue as intern for other 2 month we will lookup into performance . First of all they'll cold call kids and parents who are very wealthy and tell them that they missed the HOTS Olympiad exam which is a lie and after the student completes the test, the sales team will call their parents and sell their trash and costly courses to these innocents. After selling the course, there's no further Customer Support provided to them. Totally Fraud Company! Work Culture is trash. Managers are arrogant.
