There is no such as worklife balance they’ll be telling you to work at least of 12 hours in a day If you are if you didn’t achieve the target and anything you have they will try your parent also to scold you, some manager has from BYJU’S who have done it only revenue base on the revenue only they go to manager post they don’t know how to handle it

Nothing, I have faced many politics at the workspace, I had to receive my Incentives of about 6000rs but they didn't even settle it after my resignation, The Provident Fund whole administration team troubled me and they are still troubling for the KYC verification of my bank account and Pan card verification on the portal. The PF process is the worst they won't allow you to withdraw the PF Savings which is your own money, worst company to work at, Would not recommend anyone to join even if you having financial issues. They used to make us work even during national holidays, festival holidays,

everything they treat employees like donkey. they make us work from 10 am to 11pm. there is no leave when you want it. there is a week off on monday but if your targets doesnt complets they make you work of week off also. basically we are donkeys that work for this company. we are worst person on this planet to work for this company. there is no life after you join this company.
