There is nothing that I like about this company. I cannot say they have a friendly environment. But some people are supportive and helpful (not the higher authority peoples).

There are some points, there are so many what I think I shouldn't share here. 1. Poor Management. 2. Bad behavior which doesn't expected from the higher authority to the new joiner. 3. They didn't try to understand our prooblems. 4. There is no self-development, no growth. 5. Not a good environment to work with. 6. Everyday we're facing with new problems. Even the clients don't know when we are going to visit the client premises. Even when we are calling the program manager for it, he is doing bad behavior with us. Hey, AB fam, PIP = Corporate death sentence. I was there too🥲—panicking, checking Naukri every 5 minutes, watching Bhagavad Gita reels at 2 AM. Priya Ma’am, my boss, had lost faith in me.
