There is some amount of job security involved if you perform according to the organization's standards. There are some people who may help you depending on their availability. But there are not many benefits in the company, and its better to look elsewhere if you are not a fresher. Wizklub is very open with hiring freshers, and theygive great opportunities for them. The cons are higher than the pros at Wizklub. 1. First, even if they say then you are not responsible for sales, you will eventually be forced into renewals. How many renewals you get every 2 months does impact your performance review. 2. The company offers fixed pay and there is minimal scope of a pay raise. Quite the opposite, they are not timely with the pay on any month. There is also one or the other issue with the finance team and they are never on time with the pay nor do they pay the complete amount. 3. The management is the worst. Most of them will continuously ask you to contact somebody else whenever there is a query and it never gets resolved. But they hold you responsible if anything goes wrong even when you had asked for assistance before. Every batch comes with an ET who most of the time don't do their job, so you might have to work on their behalf as well. But you don't get paid for it. You won't be paid for anything extra you do outside your teaching hours, even then there are dozens of penalties. 4. No internal growth. Don't let them fool you into thinking that you might be able to apply for a permanent position in the organisation. That literally does not happen for anybody, and there are false promises thrown around all the time. 5. Batches are sometimes on short supply, so you won't always earn the same. Some months are good, whereas the rest are poor. Everything depends on the hours of classes you took. 6. You are contacted outside your work hours<mark style="background-color: #fff5e4;">. Because you are working from home they think you're free to work as much as they want. There's no work-life balance, we used to work from 10 a.m. to 10 p.m. Public holidays are not given instead they make you work that day and say will give a comp. off but it's a scam. eg. if there's a 3 days holiday then they will make you work for 3 days and then will give you off on Mon, Tues and Wednesday which is 3 days but Monday is the week off for sales team so technically you worked for 3 days and got off for 2 days....Read More
