Upper management people a good but the lower level management is pathetic manages to know how to manage the employees

There is no such as worklife balance they’ll be telling you to work at least of 12 hours in a day If you are if you didn’t achieve the target and anything you have they will try your parent also to scold you, some manager has from BYJU’S who have done it only revenue base on the revenue only they go to manager post they don’t know how to handle it

Nothing at all everything is bad about this company the people, their products, basically they are a bunch of cons malignaning the name of Sri Chaitanya Group of Institutions and there are people at this firm who will promise big and deliver small all the time. I suggest all the parents and people who wish to learn should stay away from this brand.

rachana sharma, mrigendra, mahima shah, kusum and their designations are as follows: tl, manager, head manager, hr These are the people playing with people's career and and parents money. The same type of lies they feed the parents are fed to the interns and permanent employees. Recently 30 permanent employees were fired on a single day just because they cannot afford to move to wfo for the same salery they were getting at wfh which is 21,000 rs. Which is the most absurd reason to fire anybody. Despite of them being with the company from the start. Also they have come up with a new scheme in which they hire interns to make them do the job of permanent employee and underpay them and then kick them out without any notice. The biggest fraud company ever. Join at your own risk because you will learn nothing, earn nothing and waste a bunch of time , money on this. Better find a job somewhere reputable....Read More

Nothing, I have faced many politics at the workspace, I had to receive my Incentives of about 6000rs but they didn't even settle it after my resignation, The Provident Fund whole administration team troubled me and they are still troubling for the KYC verification of my bank account and Pan card verification on the portal. Milie, One of the HR was not even responding properly over emails after the KYC was verified by my current company where I'm working they did the verification, even though the documents are verified they are not processing the PF withdrawal, one of the worst organizations where they treat employees as their enemies...Read More
