Not much work pressure, good for lazy people

Dislikes

No benifits or facilities. Poorest management ever i had seen in this company. No hybrid option, not proper food, un hygienic cafeteria, no administration.

Getting a good manager is blessing, Sunil dhatla is a good manager get a chance to work under him.

HR work is not up to mark. Some manager eat heads without souce

My current salary is 28 LPA and few companies like TCS and Capgemini have rejected me after all rounds because they think my salary is high. However I am not good with DSA to apply for good product based companies. I already resigned from my current company and relieved. I need your advice on if I should ask same 28 LPA or look for 10-20% hike?
