Nothing is there to like about wissen Infotech. They have no projects.

Wissen don't have projects first. If they have projects all supporting projects only. For example your working in project that project went to another company.if you don't know anyone in higher level directly they will send notice period. In wissen notice period is two types 1. if you working in project 3 months notice period. 2. If you not in project 1 month or less. In wissen one ladie is there her name Vijaya Kari. She don't have technical knowledge but she will take technical interview. She don't ask questions on your domain. Here I am telling on example. If she will ask what is spelling of Apple. She don't know first Apple spelling. If you give correct she simple say it's not correct. If you will ask what is correct answer she don't know first. Simple she will ask another non relevant questions to your domain. If your a fresher don't join in wissen. You need to act like paid artist. There is not benefit. If you are belong to North India your job is not secure here people who belong from Andhra even if they do not have any talent any knowledge still there job is secure.

There are many thing which I don't like about this company sb people from north working in project just after project complete they fired them and saying that they don't have any project please find other job. And some people are working in company from last 2year on banch without project. They never fire them because they belong from Andhra and they also don't have any knowledge

Dislikes

The entire org is filled with people joined through contacts. No professional growth present. No project everyone is on bench. Worst exit process the notice period is of 90 days but after i put down the paper they relieved me in 1 week even though i didnot ask for it and have not provided any compensation.

No projects for some trainees from last 8 months they are not laying off those is a very good thing.

Dislikes

Salary is very low for freshers even for Bangalore location one needs almost 30k per month but still when I joined they gave me 15k and after 1 year the increment is also low. Other companies smaller than this they give much more better than this. Also fresher can’t leave as 2 year bond is being signed by them.
