No good managers with sound technical skills, 'cause of which junior developers are free to write dirty codes, no coding policy, no road map towards a task & no automation testing. Salary is very less for freshers and very slow appraisal process. you have to request for your apprisal after completion of 1 year also no hike. Strictly follow the timings and working hours.
