1. One thing I really like is that they trust their employees and encourage them to take responsibility. If something goes wrong, they support their team instead of playing the blame game. 2. No Politics & No Blame Game
Promotions to leadership roles are based only on years with the company, not on a person's maturity, which negatively affects the team. While there are good leaders, the lack of maturity in others is a big concern. They don't hire experienced team leaders or managers; instead, they hire freshers and promote them to project manager within just four years. This often leads to arrogance and immaturity, which shows in their attitudes....Read More
Employer’s Response
Dear Friend, Thank you for your appreciation of our culture and I cannot thank you enough for mentioning there's no politics and no blame game. You made my day, buddy! Coz this is the exact emotion we want our entire team to express, when we are so deliberate about the team and it's culture we build. Now, I've personally been a proponent of the idea of helping people progress based on their contribution to the company's growth and their personal investment in our values, which you know we so dearly hold. These things take time to become visible and hence you'll be seeing that most of our leaders are home-grown. In fact, we have faced several challenges in integrating mid or senior level people from outside in our company's culture, because unfortunately a lot of other companies around us, do not invest so much in values and crafting the culture as we do. If I read this correctly, you seem to be having an issue with your manager and your attribution of the issue is that he/she lacks maturity. In this case, I strongly urge you to please reach out to HR and explain the situation to them. A lot of things can be achieved through open dialogue and you know how much we value good feedback. It'll do a lot good to you and your manager once issues come to the forth. There are many ways we can address the situation, the best being that the person concerned understands their problems and rectifies them. If nothing works out, you know we are not averse to helping you realign in a team or profile that fits you well. I hope this helps you take the next right step and ensure that your challenges are addressed and fixed soon. I would love if you reached out to me after all issues are resolved and give me your feedback in person. I thank you for this feedback and look forward to the resolution of your issues. Warm Regards, Rohan Thakare, Founder, WisdmLabs

We got work from home until Covid-19 is not in under control. We may get work from home beyond that. What do we need more?

Employer’s Response
Dear Friend, It appears to me that things didn't work out between us and you. I can understand your pain. Please allow me to present our perspective on hiring. We take a lot of effort in ensuring that we hire the kind of people we seek and that they are a match with our values and qualities we seek. However, interviews and evaluations are not perfect sciences. Hence we lay stress on probation periods and make their importance clear to everyone we hire. In our view, employment is a serious two-way relationship in which both parties have to participate equally and be comfortable with each other and no one should be at any discomfort. However, we understand the reality of teething troubles and so, we lay stress on communication and reviews in the initial phases. We feel every person in the organisation must know what is expected of them, where they stand and what they need to do to bridge any gap. As am sure you know, we make sure that reviews are conducted regularly and clear feedback is given in every instance. The idea here is to help the individual make the right amends for either of us to keep investing in the relationship. However, similar to situations in life, despite our best efforts things don't work out sometimes and at that point, staying put becomes an act of disservice to yourself and the other party. And like it happens in any relationship in life that doesn't work out, we feel the pain of it ending. That's why I say, I can understand your feelings. Please know that a separation isn't an evaluation of you as a person, but an instance of the fitment not happening with a company. I request you to not be bitter about it and definitely not carry any bitterness to the next place you go to. I sincerely wish you the best of luck in landing an opportunity that's the best fit for you. Best Regards, Rohan Thakare, Founder, WisdmLabs
