Work from Office presure, no proper facilities in campus and outside.
Salary is not decided according to study and experience.
Using us as a labour showing appraisal and mtech for wilp candidates.
Working for 10 hrs in office and 3 hrs in cab including buffer time.
Wilp program is very stressful compared to Work in project.

1. Worst Work Life Balance - Management frequently disrupts off-shift hours by demanding attendance in client and team calls three times a week, despite a five-day work schedule. This extends shifts without additional pay, leading to a poor work-life balance.
2. Actual working hours are 9 to 6:30 but need to extend shifts because ofunfinished tasks, impacting balance.
3. It's unclear whether the blame lies with Wipro or the manager for the toxic work culture, but ultimately, Wipro should be held responsible for not monitoring how its management treats employees. This includes HR, who organize events like Fun Fridays but fail to take action when employees raise concerns.
4. High politics were at play in the appraisal process, with only favorites in the team receiving recognition, while the actual hardworking employees were overlooked.
5. Management frequently uses offensive language and denies legitimate sick leave requests, often assuming them to be fake even when the employee is genuinely unwell.
6.Employees are not granted release from projects and their tenure is extended without any prior notification to employees.
7.When employees request a release, they are given insincere promotions, a heavy workload, and are expected to complete all tasks by the end of the day.
9. There hasn't been a single team dinner in the last two years. Once, the management announced a team dinner but then asked us to pay for our own meals.
10. Honestly, not a single person in the management seems to care about the employees.
11. No time to personal life
And there's plenty more! I know it may sound like a managerial issue, but it could have been resolved if HR had taken appropriate action when concerns were raised....Read More
