Smooth exit process. Depends on project where you work. I had bad and good experience in Wipro. In the second project I worked under best manager.

Dislikes

Manager has the authority to ruin employee successfully. Irrespective of your skills and area of interest they push you into some irrelevant projects and if you want to come out it's nearly impossible. Manager will take things personally and won't hesitate to put you to pip even you have contributed well with project.

Huge scope to explore multiple learnings and projects.

Dislikes

Many important areas are still following huge complex processes. Example the process in travel, claims, progressions, appraisals, new onboardings, hirings, etc. Missing transparency in the process wherever monetary benefits involved. Very less salaries compared to other competitors., they cannot sustain with family if they are moving to onsite through deputation.

Ample opportunities, undersranding but some times troubling colleafues, challenging projects. I got opportunity to work for different projects and learn lot. One of the best org to cross/upskill employees

HR's are not employee friendly. They talk about "system" but are burden by the huge number of employees they have to handle. All of the non-technical staff be it HR, IT-Support and others are non cooperative in many ways. Manager make tall promises, don't trust what managers say or claim to be of help. dislike bench policy, employees feel helpless. variable pay must be abolished. Company gets 2~5x from clients project and when employee is out of project he is not given this amount and his job hangs in a balance for just 45 days to look for another project. HR and Managers threaten on Policies and employees take the bite cause they are fresh from college and are nervous about their jobs so they fall in line. Bad company practice on no hike for 1st year. They dont have enough projects And if you are in free pool they’ll put you In lop And as per new work policy as soon as you’ll get into free pool your notice period will start Previously it was 45 days after getting into free pool Then you get 3 months in lop After that exit procedure will begin But now They removed rhat 45 days policy

Salary is less, Work load is there, there aren't giving laptops for some processes you need to go office every day which is challenging. Favouritism is a part of this organisation's culture.

Nothing is here. No leaves, No salary increment weather your work 5 or 10 years it does not matter. Totally Boat licking & bread butter process for employees. Everything is for manager from B2 level. Everything is in there hand if they want to treat you well or not. You have to become pet anyhow still that have nothing to give you just sympathy empathy. Nothing is good - better to join other Indian mnc Wipro primarily focuses on billing rather than employee growth. Once you're allocated to a project, they rarely allow you to take a release, forcing you to work as per their requirements or leave. I dislike how Wipro focuses more on billing than employee growth. Once you’re assigned to a project, it’s hard to get released. They don’t consider employees' career goals, and you’re forced to either stay or leave. It’s frustrating, but I’m still here because of work-from-home, no better offers, and avoiding risks with startups.

Good work life balance Can study anytime I want Not much of putting efforts because of good team balance. Winter Vacations allowed Can take leave upto 2 months and WFH to any time limit is allowed.

Dislikes

Can't make friends implicitly, have to put explicit efforts to make friends so, sometimes, left monotonous and isolated, be it in mess or cafeteria. Over crowded Gyms and Sports arenas so, i hate crowds and rushes.
