Nothing they will give second and fourth Monday holidays with every Tuesday holiday But sandwich holiday no national holidays, public holidays if it is festival holidays means that will be optional

Everything, super toxic company,zero work life balance, dumb management, job security - null. They keep hiring 365 days of the year and keep firing giving vague reasons. They use you for your abilities and then just throw you without any experience letter or confirmation letter. You can work on your self as there is no one to guide you

They are very good till you work with them as soon as you left the company all your certification and incentive they will take as much time as required to delay it

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year.
