On weekends/holidays, you don't have to attend to clients There is a good salary structure and the incentive targets are achievable You can work independently and in your own time as long as the job is done. Dislikes

There are no flexible timelines, work from homes or compensation working days etc Incentive structures keep changing and are not paid on time The company is not at all generous in granting even the basic holidays. You might feel a bit 'tied to the chair all day' if you don't love what you to do or are focused on it because the company is strict with the 9 hours of work time you put in everyday

Sometimes felt like a constant race to meet unrealistic deadline with minimal support, leading to burnout and a lack of quality in our designs. And leave policy is also not great.

The manager Anjali is a total waste. The management doesnt know how to behave with designers. Anjali, the manager uses abusive languages towards employees fir small small things which is is very disrespectful.
