1) Contract based job (can fire any time for no reason) The company fired Country Head Operation for no reason. 2) Contract is for US company - Not with Indian Company (So you have no rights in India) 3) HR makes fake promises from day 1. (High Salary - Perks and incentives) 4) salary hike 4% after 5 star ratings for 1 year. 5) Inter department shifting for no reason and then firing for performance base. 6) The Owner is only after money, and not respecting employees. 7) The work environment is not employee friendly. 8) No work ethics , no culture and unprofessionalism....Read More
