Unprofessional management, Micro Management, Owner EGO , Delayed salary (next month 10th or even more delayed for no reason) Total outbound sale NO appraisal. NO job security, People are fired any time by Owner for no reason and no compensation. NO life and balance - 11 hours for 6 days. TOXIC WORK CULTURE.

(High Salary - Perks and incentives) 4) salary hike 4% after 5 star ratings for 1 year. 5) Inter department shifting for no reason and then firing for performance base. 6) The Owner is only after money, and not respecting employees. 7) The work environment is not employee friendly. 8) No work ethics , no culture and unprofessionalism.
