On weekends/holidays, you don't have to attend to clients There is a good salary structure and the incentive targets are achievable You can work independently and in your own time as long as the job is done. There are no flexible timelines, work from homes or compensation working days etc Incentive structures keep changing and are not paid on time The company is not at all generous in granting even the basic holidays. You might feel a bit 'tied to the chair all day' if you don't love what you to do or are focused on it because the company is strict with the 9 hours of work time you put in everyday

Manager is super easy to work with and helps a lot . Work culture could be improved as designers voice is sometimes overlooked. Wished we had more say to it.

Dislikes

Wish we had at least half Monday as holiday as we contribute so much to company however having off especially on a Tuesday can turn to be lonely. Wish they could do some flexibility .
