If you working in Wipro at ABB process technical support than trust me you hate it lot no job security whenever they think to hire wilp giys then they find the reason to put you in PIP an kick out u of the company and if you not ready to resign than they find reason to torture you on every ticket you create some other issue to send warning mail after 3 mails they put you in PIP no matter what you do they are gonna kick out. Now on paper I'm top performance still nothing they only cares wilp and hire only wilp guys 12k that's how wipro work and treat employees and political scene.... i hate it....Read More

They hired team lean who is just an robot to do micro management to find every reason to kick out you hope this process stops as soon as possible than realise how it feels.

Culture, farotism, even if anyone dies at your home you will be asked to come to office. People are promoted on favouritism basis. If you are skilled as L2 you will be asked to work as L1 or in any domain they want you work regardless of your skill set.

While working, you tend to learn a lot on your skills. Cafeteria Food somewhat good.

It brings some sort of impatience in a team because of overload of work. Mentally get toiled Night time, no healthy drinks or healthy juice in cafeteria. Not much of importance of employees who work in night shifts.Only showcasing and advertising through emails. No 1-1 discussions with individuals from leads and HR's about your work that you do. Company doesn't care about employees who you are. Lack of Respect within the team and the company. Lack of Team coordination on work. Lack of motivation to team till Aug 2023. Lack of Training and not much of importance given to training/KT sessions about your process and technical work. Onshore Managers put extreme pressure on to our team members without having resources on team. No backup resources on team when someone goes on leave. No friendship within the team. Conflicts and Quarrels arise within team members because of overload of work and shortage of resources. Continous long vendor calls in webex/Zoom and internal stakeholders MS teams without breaks in between. They keep you in Solo shifts most of the time. Mental life will get very easily affected. Shortage of resources working in a team. Leads and Managers doesn't respect team members query and concerns. No proper helping tendency from Leads. Never treat employees well within the team. Company deduct lot of income tax amount from your monthly salary. They will never expose the reason where the tax goes and what do they do with taxable amount. Only job is secure, just login and logout on time. If you don't like to interact with team due to so and so reason, then it's not going to affect your job or salary in any condition, so chill. Even if it's your manager or Lead or Hr.

From first day onwards you'll get to know all the promises done by HR were fake and false. HR will never respond you, you'll loose all hope from them. Management is just sleeping all the time. Things happening at high level and management will pretend like statue. Don't wait for appraisal, they give false hopes.

Dirty politics in some project where Management never ready to accept their mistake and if you show them their mistake and ask question to them then they will statt insulting you indirectly and give you mentally pressures .

Wipro is an amazing company to work with, toxicity depends upon project to project but overall it is bearable and I love Wipro, the perks and benefits it gives, I don't think any other company provides the same ❤️ 9 out of 10
