Compensation, lack of structure and ineffecient workforce management group. Beauracracy around your Managers , horizontal and vertical taggings . The workforce management group is one of the most annoying thing at wipro, and the beauracracy around it which acts as a hurdle for an employee to join when an opporunity presents itself. Your performance is not incentivised, rather they encourage the toxic behavior of quitting and holding company ransom as the only way to get even semi-decent hikes. Perfect place if you are someone on an already huge package. They dont care about having parity when it comes to compensation. And if you are a fresher being inducted to WASE or already in WASE.... take my advice and run even if you are in your 3rd year of the program....Read More

Support and maintenance projects are very bad. No work life balance. Projects are not assigned according to your skillset, basically you will be hired for a particular project but you will be put in pool after selection, where you have to find a project for yourself within a time stamp. You cannot change project so easily. Managers are not supportive.

Its a very good company. I joined there as a fresher. Got a lot of good learning opportunities and good colleagues as well. Seniors (including managers) are very supportive.
