Tests to be cleared in order to get promotion not just your performance , Work depends on projects (mine was a very nice project to learn) , very less %hike once you join usually 1-5%(check if you are eligible for the coming hike before you join ) , Quite difficult to get a release from your current project .

The list is long. The office resembles more like a college than a corporate company. No canteen facility just pantry and 2-3 vendors selling junk food. Dress code policy does not exist office looks like Delhi Metro 😂. HR and Managers are a joke they do not intervene when needed and interfere when not necessary. You will see people using filthy language on the floor where calls are taken, sometimes the clients do hear it 😂. There is no respect for individuals here and you can be treated badly if you are not wise enough. Lot of office politics, lot of unnecessary drama. Some people get work from home some do not even if required. People are forced to come in to office even if they are unwell.
