Teammates are good, they gives support usual, I have been here now 5 months, will see carrier growth after finish probation. And about training, yes company arrange a training time to time for new product. All seniors and H.R Staff are good and supportive and kind. As of now having no issue with company.

Dislikes

For the time now, it is good by all aspect, let see further, how the company will treat us.

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. No other benefit, Health Insurance is very less, salary structure is very less. Too Much workload, Three Month Notice Period, Very less increment, After resign they will not give you leave encashment and performance bonus.
