I Suggest not to waste your time. These are penny company so you can't expect perfection from them in any area . People are rude and not genuine. Focused towards clients satisfaction only and at the end client as well as employee both are unsatisfied..... This is the beauty. The thing is, when I started, my salary offer ended up being much higher than the initial number discussed during my interview. I didn’t negotiate and just accepted the offer.
