Nothing, the management just want to squeeze employees to get the job done. Being the first backend developer of the company, the management told that many benefits and a good appraisal will be provided but at the time of appraisal they said that they just can't. What I like about the company is that the management gets manipulated easily as many of the employees did to blame others for not getting the work done. The superiority of management is unchallenged and their behaviour towards employees are justified. Best place to ruin your career and to create a hatred for IT companies....Read More

Even after my resignation they won't give me my FnF salary and exit letter as my notice period was 75 days on paper which made be hesitant but the management said that the notice period is negotiable at the time of signing. Many employees left due to such reasons and will leave in thefuture due to divinity of the management....Read More
