Having your opinion heard while working with experienced and senior professionals is one of the best things at WTW. The support the manager and the seniors in the team provide is really a blessing. Having a good work life balance and the number of PTOs here are great as well.

No Process , No trainings given .Have lots of expectations .they also don't hire correctly for the required position and then have extraordinary/ impossible expectations and then fire for there wrong hiring.
