Centralized depot makes the logistics system slow and creating a roadblock in the progress of the company. Also company has introduced multiple categories & they are accepting the same expertise from the top management and also from the branch team for all the categories. Jack of all traits but master of none .

The management is very bad. It's south people driven company where only south Indian people are given importance and priority After joining from the first month they will threaten you to terminate. Upper level management is very very slow and no Corporative..they not to fullfill the sellery which they committe so first of all check your appointments latter..and one big issue in this company if hiring manager outside they give good sellery packages but they are promote our employees upper level managers not give them actual sellery which they deserve.
