ASM (Area sales manager) Is worst in the time of interview he agreed for the salary which I asked and I joined the job but after 1 week of work he said tha we can't give u the salary which you asked for and if u start to fight about it he will tell u that I will give you promotion in 2 months and I will increase your salary but he will never increase your salary and he never gonna give u the promotion letter and if u start to ask him about the promotion letter or salary increment he will tell you to resign the job or els he will terminate you. And if you try to complaint about him to Hr or national manager they will not listen to you.. in past 1 years he did the same thing with 5 members from different Wildcraft stores. He just know how to use people that's it...Read More

Hey, AB fam, PIP = Corporate death sentence. I was there too🥲—panicking, checking Naukri every 5 minutes, watching Bhagavad Gita reels at 2 AM. Priya Ma’am, my boss, had lost faith in me. Friends said, "Bro, PIP se promotion tak koi nahi jaata." But I refused to go down. My Survival Jugaad? Chai Pe Charcha – Timed my tea breaks with hers. "Ma’am, elaichi daalni chahiye thi." Next day? She agreed. Trst unlocked. In meetings, I nodded like a bobblehead. "Ma’am, truly visionary! Aap to corporate Rani Lakshmi Bai ho!" Smiles = Achieved.. Emotional Connect – She loved dogs. I updated my DP with one. "Ma’am, my dog wakes me up for meetings!" Bond = Secured.😉 The Final Jugaad – She looked stressed. "Ma’am, even Dhoni takes a break!" She smiled. Game over.
